• b. No Guarantees: AttackHound does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of the service. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You use our services at your own risk.

• b. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall AttackHound or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the services.

5. Termination

• a. Termination by AttackHound: AttackHound reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to our services at any time for any reason without prior notice.
• b. Termination by User: You may stop using our services at any time and request the deletion of your account by contacting us at https://www.attackhound.com/.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute (Stichting Geschillenoplossing Automatisering) in Amsterdam, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

AttackHound reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting an updated version on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
